'I have been hiding coins in galleries for some time, I like to think of the moment when someone finds them. Who will find them, the cleaner, a tourist, will they wonder what the coins are doing there? Sometimes it's the most interesting thing I could do with a pound.

I like to create experiences, I think a lot about the viewers experience when I create.'

Rowan Seddon-Harvey is a visual artist using photography, industrial processes and found items to create installations, 2D and 3D objects.

‘Ours is a time of objects, to me art is a constant refining and redefining of the object, this has become an instrument I can use to communicate what is positive in life, to share what makes my life worth living.

And when discussing some harder aspects of life I want to offer solutions, which is much harder than just identifying problems.

I am interested in using web sites and web based services as part of the artistic process.

I also have a passion for community projects and consider it an integral part of my practice.'
